Structure of electric spindle motors:
The electric spindle motor is composed of a motor without shell, a spindle, a bearing, a spindle unit housing, a drive module and a cooling device.
The rotor of the spindle motor is integrated with the main shaft by pressing and fitting method, and the main shaft is supported by the front and rear bearings.
The stator of the spindle motor is installed in the housing of the spindle unit through a cooling sleeve.
The speed change of the spindle is controlled by the spindle drive module, while the temperature rise within the spindle unit is limited by the cooling device.
The rear end of the spindle is equipped with velocity measurement and angular displacement sensors, and the inner cone hole and the end face of the front end are used for installing the tool.
