If there is no special sequence requirement, the rotation direction of the main shaft from the shaft extension end shall be considered as counterclockwise.

The speed of the electric spindle shall not be higher than the maximum speed.

The maintenance and repair of high-speed electric spindle shall strictly follow the startup and shutdown procedures. Do not collide and impact the rotating shaft, front gland, seat shell, rear gland, etc.

During work. For the electric spindle that is not used temporarily, the outer surface of the stator shall be coated with anti-rust grease, put into the packing box or wrapped with moisture-proof paper, and stored in a dry place.

Generally, the motorized spindle is not allowed to be disassembled. When it doesn‘t work properly, it must be repaired. When repairing the damaged electric spindle, it is necessary to find out the cause of the damage and carry out targeted maintenance.

In addition, if the rotor and stator are damaged, they need to be repaired by the manufacturer. In general, please do not disassemble the front cover seat, which will damage the accuracy.
